How To "Convert Cleverly" With 48 Hour Follow-ups and Maximised Leads

Here's the thing:

Lack of time as a business or brand leader is our biggest enemy.

So, can we get away from needing so many follow-up touches?

Yes, but only through speed and process.

2021 Insight:

50% of leads go cold every day.

So, what can you do about it?

Tip 1:

Lock down a lead conversation within 48hrs of it coming through.

You'll have a much better chance of progressing a lead without numerous follow-ups.

To do this, we need a rock-solid process. A process that makes it very hard for us to sabotage ourselves and our new customer's future.

Tip 2:

Design a process that maps out

each step of the lead flow.

It is essential to establish who is responsible for each step of the sales follow-up at the outset.

It is also crucial to define at what step you give up on a lead.

Tip 3:

Before you give up on your process and try something else, get talking to a lead and progress that lead.

Then you can refine based on something which works, even if it feels a bit clunky.

Don't give up!

If a lead falls through, keep on fighting. If you don't, it will be hard to have the courage to go back and retry a new process.
